Standard operating procedures related to HIV infection

03.11.2023

The International Institute of HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis continues to actively develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) aimed at providing more effective solutions in the field of HIV management.

Standard operating procedures are a fundamental element in modern organizational practices aimed at ensuring safety, efficiency and certainty in the performance of various tasks. Standard operating procedures provide clear instructions to employees regarding their duties, responsibilities, and actions.

In the context of HIV management, SOPs play an important role in defining standards and guidelines for workers involved in transmission prevention, diagnosis, treatment and patient support. This includes rules and regulations regarding safety, proper use of equipment, testing and reporting.

In order to improve access to important information resources and ensure effective learning, SOPs will now be taught directly on our learning platform.
